This was rumored on the Penn State board today. Awesome.

Nice. In addition to the opponents in the Virgin Islands tournament over Thanksgiving, UConn's OOC schedule next season includes home games against Maryland, Duke, Baylor and PSU and away games against Stanford, Oregon and Texas A&M.

Which, on top of the conference slate, is a really freaking good schedule.

Do we know anything about other non-conference opponents? Is there a return game with College of Charleston?

No. Believe that was a one and done because the team wanted a game on the return from Baylor.

Hartford will be on the schedule. Not sure about the 3 opponents in the Paradise Jam, but Purdue and Wake Forest will be there (though not sure one or both will be in UConn's division). So, we've identified 8 definite OOC opponents with 2 possible candidates in Purdue and Wake Forest. UConn played 14 OOC games this season so there's still room for some others. With the trips to the West Coast and the VI, I expect the remaining OOC games will be at home and will likely include Holy Cross.

Cat, I thought Jen said, "No."

Since Villanova will likely play in CT next year (as we played there this year), this would count as Caroline's home "Senior" game.
Nice!!

Usually the game is played in a city in the vicinity of the kid's home town. Perhaps Geno will try to schedule Temple for Caroline. Stonington, CT (Buck) seems a bit problematic but I'm sure they will try to do something in Indiana for Kelly unless they just count the ND game as her 'home' game.
