Anyone have a PRP procedure?
I had my first today in my foot. I've been having issues for a few years between front of foot and toes- A bunionectomy and repairs to plantar plates took care of that.
Years of compensating and walking awkwardly had put strain on my peroneal tendons.
So today it was a PRP Injection. Walking boot for a few days, no NSAIDs for a week and no exercising for a week (walks or rowing machine).
Follow up in three weeks.
If this can get my ankle right, I'll be elated.
