They also shuffled the rankings a bit (LINK). I am really surprised that Collier is ranked 6th, as recent play should have elevated her to top 3 IMHO. Other notes:

• Top 4 remain unchanged (Durr, Samuelson, Cooper, Shepard)
• Notre Dame's recruits rose a bit (7th and 16th), as did their 4 remaining targets (all 4 in top 11).
• Kiah Gillespie moved up to 16th.

I didn't do an accurate count, but I would guess that about 40% of these top 150 are uncommitted. It also looks like there are a number of top tier (or former top tier) teams that have no commits from this list... Rutgers being one of them.
