I understand the shame on you tactic that McNamara and Thamel are using... but really other than bad press from a--holes with an agenda there's no real downside to not committing to the 'new' Big East.

Let's put it this way... they aren't kicking UConn and Rutgers out because they're using evasive language in their press releases.

There is no way any football school is "committed" until they know if the Big East will retain its BCS bid.
