For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. If you wish to prognosticate your prediction that is okay if you post your score. The winner/s will be posted soon after the game’s completion.
UConn plays the Creighton Bluejays the #2 seed, for the Big East Tournament Championship at the Mohegan Sun Arena. They are 26-5, 16-2 in conference play and advanced with a 73-44 win over Seton Hall in their semifinal game as a follow-up to their 72-70 win over Georgetown in the quarterfinals. Their third game in three days does not get easier for them, having to play UConn less than 22 hours later. The Huskies won their two regular season games both in double digits, the first was at Omaha 72-61 and the second was at Hartford 72-53. These were the closest Big East wins for the Huskies, so Creighton should not be overlooked. I believe that UConn will win by a larger margin due to the fact Creighton’s starters played more combined minutes than the Huskies and the Bluejays had the very challenging game against Georgetown. UConn has been on a tear since their win at SC and should win with a larger margin of victory than the previous two encounters and should be able to throw every type of defense imaginable for forty minutes if needed.
All predictions and any changes must be submitted by 6:45 PM Eastern. Any submitted after the cut-off will not be accepted.

- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
- This game won’t be close, I believe that UConn will play all available players and everyone will score. UConn 80 – Bluejays 55.
