For those that are new to the game and others that have forgotten it is requested that discussions other than prognostications of the game should be posted on other threads that your discussion pertains to. If you wish to prognosticate your prediction that is okay if you post your score. The winner/s will be posted soon after the game’s completion.
UConn plays against Fairleigh Dickinson University and with a win Geno/CD will pass Tara VanDerveer to become the all-time wins leader ever in Div 1 college basketball both men’s and women’s with 1,217 wins. The Knights, who are currently 4-1, with their first loss of the season today at Syracuse 77-58 and will become the Huskies sacrificial lamb in this match up. This is the second time that UConn has played FDU, winning the first matchup 74-28 on 11/25/2011. With only 3 players 6 feet or taller and the tallest being only 6’3”, they will have a hard time getting rebounds. FDU has only 6 upperclassmen with 4 Seniors, 2 Juniors and 10 underclassmen of 4 Sophomores and 6 Freshman. This game will not be close and should be a blowout by the end of the second quarter. UConn will be able to play everyone that is available to play, and no UConn player should have more than 25 minutes of gametime. At least they may enjoy visiting Gampel Pavilion, the UConn Hall of Honor and the Dairy Bar. They also will be a part of Women’s College Basketball history that may never be seen again while visiting Storrs.
All predictions or any changes must be submitted by 6:45 PM Eastern. Any submitted afterwards will not be accepted.

- This game won’t be close, I believe that UConn will play all available players and everyone will score, including Azzi. UConn 105 – FDU 40.
