The Huskies are playing the Cardinals at the XL both teams are ranked, UConn 17th in the AP and 18th in the Coaches Polls, while Louisville is the reverse, 18th AP/17th Coaches. It would look like this should be a nail biter game, but I don't think it will be after looking at who Louisville has played. According to Massey they have only played three teams in the Top 75, losing to #33 Alabama on a neutral court and winning against #25 Gonzaga on a neutral court and at #41 Mississippi who was ranked #19 by the AP at the time. With including the three losses that UConn has endured UConn has played the following Massey ranked teams. Losses are against #5 NC State, #3 UCLA and #2 Texas. Their wins are against #18 Maryland, #45 North Carolina, #46 Minnesota and #51 Kansas. NC State and Texas were road games and UCLA was on a neutral court. Their wins were Dayton, Maryland and Ball State on home court. Minnesota an away game with Kansas and North Carolina on neutral courts. UConn is currently Massey rated at #8, with an SoS of #1, while Louisville is #15 with an SoS of #35. UConn is averaging 77.4 points a game while allowing 59.2 points. Lousiville is averaging 78.9 points a game while allowing 58 points a game which is kind of misleading because if you subtract their win against #297 Bellarmine their average is 75.3 on offense and 60.7 on defense. Almost all of the stats are within both offense and defense are within 2 of each other except for free throw percentage Louisville has 77.9% vs UConn's 71.9% and 3pt shooting percentage UConn has 35.8% vs Louisville's 30.7%

- If prior to closing you wish to change your prediction you must submit a new prediction by stating that you wish to change your previous prediction and provide the post number of the original post. If the request for change is submitted prior to the closing of accepted predictions you will receive a "like" letting you know that it was accepted and changed.
- If someone believes that they have been missed, or someone notices that another fellow Prognosticator has been by the gamekeeper, then it must be brought to the gamekeeper's attention within 24 hours of the posting of the winner(s) game thread.
- I see a UConn having very few problems with the Cardinals, the Huskies will prevail. UConn 78 - Louisville 65.
