Well with the cancellation of the Baylor game Providence is now UConn's game 7 of this hectic season. Maybe it's only fitting that a win in the game that will tie Pat Summit with 1098 wins is against a Big East foe, the league that Geno began coaching against back in 1985. Both Pat and Geno have all of their wins with the only team that either of them coached. In a way I kinda of feel sorry for the Friars. UConn is going to take all of their bent up frustration out on the Friars, they may come out a little anxious at first, but will settle down and win with ease. UConn 105 - Providence 52. Should be a big beat down. They lost close games to a decent SHU and pretty bad Xavier, and were blown out by Marquette. I would have liked to see how they fared against Villanova, but that game was cancelled. They have 2 wins in the BE even tho they were picked towards the bottom at the start of the season.

I think this will be a 50+ point blowout. The team should be antsy and anxious to play after the long layoff and cancellation of the Baylor game. Hope they come out focused and not overly-amped.
