Not going to be like last year. MW with her third double figure game in a row. Gabby comes back strong with double double. UConn 93-44

Game is against Tulane. Another average team in the American. Lost to USF by about 30. But recently beat ECU and Tulsa (by 30). Not sure what to make of them, but in general, UCONN wins these games by 40-50.

UCONN 95
Tulane 42

My mantra remains the same.....................I don't care about MOV, just play well and finish the game without injuries...........,.......if it were up to me I'd sit Gabby and KLS for this game...........Gabby looked physically limited in that last game and no need for KLS to go back in a boot again just before a meaningful contest

This one ends with UConn winning 101 to 45 - as starters mesh beautifully to build a big lead and bench strives to show they are “getting it” and deserve to get into games. Bottom line - everyone wins but Tulane.

Can't we just skip to the SC game. I can't keep making up pinball scores. Oh well, 94-49

The Hounds of the Baskervilles 92, the other guys 51

Not going to be big score because Tulane will milk the clock. Still 82-44 UConn

This is a home game in Gampel Pavilion. Although they don't need the home court advantage, Our Huskies roll in this one. Everything meshing more and more each game....although this is a Noon Start time which made for some sluggish play last year...and for that reason, I don't think we'll clear 100.... even with that, Huskies roll:

UConn: 93
Tulane: 45

Lisa Stockton is a really good coach toiling in obscurity at Tulane.

The Green Wave holds the Huskies under 100, but loses 95 - 55.

95-48 Doggies... uh, er, I mean 98-45... yeah, 98-45 for sure.

My imagination or the guesses seem less distributed than usual.

This is a hard game to call. We don't know how much the early starting time will effect the players. We also don't know as Charliebball suggested, if Geno will sit any of his starters, or limit their playing time to a limited "token" appearance. As other posters suggested, this one will be over early, which translates to lots of playing time for the reserves. Let's hope they use it wisely. I'm looking for another positive performance by the reserves. They may not see a lot of time (if any) versus South Carolina.

UConn 95 - Tulane 48

Starters play around 20 minutes each so they can be ready and rested for SC, going for to MOV's in a row. Final score UConn 101 - Tulane 49!!

Last year’s game was the first game we had to play without Kia. Neither Saniya nor Crystal knew quite what to do. Lou and Gabby had off-games. Only Pheesa was effective, but she was in foul trouble. Tulane has a good coach and a very good player in Morgan, but there will be no repeat of last year. Gabby and Crystal may play limited minutes, but Lou and Pheesa will be on their games, and Kia will be in the lineup. I agree about another good game for Meg.

UConn by 85-50.

UConn 88-49. Lunch with the Huskies, the making for a great afternoon.
