Carla Berube's Princeton Tigers savaged Brown yesterday, 81-39.

They've only lost one game this year - the fifth game of the season, at Iowa, 77-75 in OT. Iowa is 23-5 and has beaten one ranked team (Indiana) and split a pair with another ranked team (Maryland).

Princeton is 23-1 and hasn't played any ranked teams this season. Yet. I can't wait to see how they do in the NCAA Tournament.

Will Geno (and Chris) schedule a game with Princeton? Maybe they'll meet in the NCAA Tournament.

The Berube Legend continues to grow...

As I wrote in another thread, the defense was absolutely smothering
Brown's kids couldn't breath, w/o the ball being swiped.
Carla has taken Geno's commitment to the proper defense techniques to a new level

Berube inherited the talent on this team. Anyone know if she's recruited any players for next year's Princeton team?

It will be interesting to see how they do in the Big Dance. We will also get a better appreciation of Carla the Coach. I'm looking forward to watching those games. Notice the confidence!

She actually has a top 75 kid coming in - Kaitlyn Chen - #69 - a 5'9" PG from California, of all places. She's very much in on #2 in 2021 - Olivia Miles. Several people on here have reported that she would have already verbaled to Princeton had Banghart stayed there. Olivia is from New Jersey and Princeton was perfect for her to play for a good team and to stay close to home.

I imagine that her final decision will come down to Princeton or UNC, but I know everyone and their brother (metaphorically speaking) is recruiting her as well, so we will see...

Princeton in a fight against Yale. 18-18 with 6:45 left in 2Q.

Slow start today but defeated Yale for the Ivy title
Congrats to Bella and Carla for a job well done

Defense came up big in 2Q outscoring Yale 13-3

The loss was at Iowa by just 2 in OT. Iowa is #18 now, I don't know what they were then. But they haven't lost at home yet, beating 2 ranked team themselves.
