Really looking forward to the season, so we just bought tickets to the Hall of Fame tournament at Mohegan Sun in November. We live in Florida, so it's one of the few opportunities to see the team in action live (although with a significant trip attached). Hope to buy tickets to the USF game in Tampa in December, whenever those go on sale.

Through the years my wife and I have attended regular season games, the conference tournament and the NCAA Regionals. This year we are planning the ultimate trip to Arizona in late March - Early April, stopping in Sedona first and finding our way back to Phoenix for the NCAA FF. I absolutely expect that UConn will be in Phoenix from April 3-5.

What is your game plan for tickets? Secondary market?

I have signed up for ticket notification on the NCAA website. I presume that I will receive some type of notification in January. If that doesn’t work, I will hit the secondary market.

Sure you are aware that tickets are available now at www.onlocationexp.com for some very pricey packages. Be sure to wear a UConn t and/or Husky sweats so we can pick you out in the crowd! Wish the wife and I could join you but my easy chair won't let me. 😄 Good luck with tickets and enjoy Sedona one of our favorite places which will be fantastic in April.

Yes. I don’t fancy spending $1000+ per ticket. The price on the secondary market will come down closer to reality at some point.

I've got my Doritos, ice cream and big screen TV. I'm ready.
Watching the games at home is great. You get to relax, snack, see in-game replays and listen to Rebecca’s commentary. But there is something about being at a big game in person that’s hard to beat. A few years ago my wife and I attended the double-overtime Elite 8 game in Bridgeport between UConn and NC State.

That games continues to be the greatest WBB game I have ever seen in person or on TV. While I didn’t play a single minute, at the end of the game I was hoarse from yelling and completely exhausted, but in a good way.

I absolutely want to go to the @Georgetown game so we can combine it with a visit to our daughter in DC. When, O! when, will the Big East release the schedule?!?!

We will be at the USF game. We have renewed our season tickets subscription for USF women's basketball. Only 80 minutes from USF campus. We have our USF gear and when UConn comes to town, we wear our UConn gear.

The rest of the games we will watch on TV.

Thusfar, I've got tix for the doubleheader at Barclay's in December and Seton Hall season tix (if you're in the area, they're an incredible value and it's a great play to see a game).

So excited for you my friend! I have high hopes for a rewarding trip to Phoenix. Btw first week of April in Phoenix should be spectacular weather (aside from Azzi et al raining threes on opposing defenses)!

We have been to AZ in the spring several times to hike and enjoy the weather. This will be the first time we’ve combined it with basketball.

I was at that game also and I have to agree. It was something else again.

Paige had 15 points in the overtime periods and basically willed UConn to the win while essentially playing on one leg. Azzi, Olivia, Aaliyah, Evina and Christyn were all terrific as well. Dorka broke her arm/wrist during the game and was on the sidelines.

When Brown-Turner hit the three to send it into a second overtime, I was hoping someone would put me out of my misery. How can I stand another five minutes of this??? All with a Final Four spot on the line.

We were fairly near the NC State cheering section. They were heartbroken. It was gratifying to see many UConn fans offering condolences to them and praising the NC State players for a game extremely well played. An instant classic.

I will be at the Big East tourney come March. Those are probably the only games I’ll be able to watch in person.

How I wish they would renew the series against Syracuse.

Felt like I was watching a tennis match. Watched that game again and again. In a time of hard knocks for us it was great to see the team come through.

I hope you are right, olddude. My wife and I also attend regular season games, the conference finals and the 1st two rounds of the NCAA. We too are heading to Arizona for 4 weeks from mid-March to mid-April to visit with family, see the sights in the area and HOPEFULLY go see UConn in the Final Four. If UConn makes it there let’s get together.
