Preference: BE 0-7/1-6; P Fired or BE 2-5/3-4; P Stays?

Feel like this needs to be brought back.

We got our 5-7 (2-5) and while the odds were P was coming back no matter what, not finishing 0-7 or 1-6 all but assured we'll have another disappointing season next year.
