I have a [very] vague recollection that CPTV might have televised the UConn/USABasketball national team exhibition game a few years ago....it might have been in Maya's frosh year. True?
 
While we're at it, how do you purchase a season's streaming package?

Must be allowed. I saw, just a glimpse when I was channel surfing, of an Indiana men's preseason game last night, on the Big10 Network.
 
Meyers: our game with Penn State is...as far as I know...only on the Big10 network. I don't think I get that....I have Cox Cable.
How have you accessed that channel?

Big10 Network is on my Xfinity. I don't know if it's in my regular channels or if it comes with my sports packages. It's in HD too. :)

I grew up in IL, so it's nice to be able to see a lot of Big10 stuff.

Went to the site to possibly subscribe and the short video of the women's volleyball team did lots of momentary freezing. Is that a common phenomenon on the site's programming? I have plenty of download speed, so I am leary.

Could be free. Neither game has been tagged (yet?) as "premium" content on HuskyVision.

I believe I watched at least one of them last year streaming. Seemed to work just fine.

Change to DirecTV channel 610 - BTNHD :-)

This morning it was still listed as free for tonight. Just refreshed the page...now listed as premium content. No free lunch!
 
What will actually be shown on All Access in November other than the two exhibition games? I have been trying for an hour or so to make sense of the All Access site, but without success. When it says , eg, premium/audio, does that mean that it is audio only? or what?
 
Not much. I just signed up. Figure to cancel after a month. Of course, by my signing up I can guarantee technical glitches will plaque the sight! As we learned this month, glitches has been redefined to cover a whole huge territory.:rolleyes:

On edit. Just tried it out with the women's hockey game in progress and it is, thankfully, rocking along just fine.
 
Will there be more UConn wbb games, or just the two exhibitions? We prolly can't really watch the damn things anyway because of insufficient bandwidth, if last years sny is any indication.
