I am 1 of the few with power in Hebron. I have a place in Vermont which is ok, but I do recognize areas with the damage. OUCHStill without power here in fairfield county........at library surfing.
Anyone else still without power from the storm?
This sucks big time, but at least there is no heat wave (no a/c).
Still out in Sherman, CT. No cable internet either. Yet to see a utility truck. Just did get a generator after the last 72 hour outage in June which helps greatly.
RichZ, in Meriden my street did 52 hours without juice.
Still out in large parts of Greenwich including local golf course restaurant.Still without power here in fairfield county........at library surfing.

My family is in New Fairfield and they got it back on Tuesday around 11:30am. It was out for 50 hours.
Working on 125 hours in Colchester. The CL&P site tells us Tues @6 ( the absolute latest time they are estimating for anyone in the state). Last nightt Salem got 2000 people ( more than half) back on line, we've never had more than 500 at a time. Still at 41% without. Our First selectman needs to get quoted in the Day, that seems to get the town some attention...My mom is in NewFairfield and told me her power came on around the same time. Same neighborhood? She's in Meadowood Farms.

I don't know if I would ask Perry to pray for anything, because the last time he prayed for rain the drought got worse and now they have historic wildfires.I think the Gov. Rick Perry is more likely to get that done.
Lol. Nothing like taking my tongue and cheek and improving it.I don't know if I would ask Perry to pray for anything, because the last time he prayed for rain the drought got worse and now they have historic wildfires.
My family is over near where the "gangster" lives. Over near Ball Pond.
