With only two weeks to go, we should start planning for this...

Any suggestions as to activities to fill the time gap?

No retirement for me.

1) WNBA draft "discussions"
2) WNBA games although as a Liberty fan, they ripped my team away from me to a place I can't go to anymore. Head bang :mad::mad::mad:

Live with League Pass.

Struggle with the slowdown in boneyard activity - follow a grandson pitching in college and a summer college league - appreciate being around with a loving(crazy woman) wife another year - enjoy the grandchildren - wow, I’m going to be busy

Do taxes, yuk

Golf

Keep losing weight (down 22 lbs since early December!)

Italy in June!

Red Sox

More golf

Take up guitar, finally?

Boneyard, esp. music themes!

Are you kidding? This is Wire Chief time. All kinds of head scratching contests, stupid song titles, etc.

Oh, and many threads on how bad UConn's incoming freshmen are going to play.

You should heed bags. He's a wise man.

Drive my Corvette

Read great posts from Bags27

Do more ham radio stuff ( I am such a geek, but not ashamed at all)

Keep in touch with the recruiting thread(s)

I'm really retired, so now there's time for:

TCM On Demand (Turner Classic Movies)
Netflix and Snax; free music concerts on Prime Video
Explore Beethoven piano sonatas and jazz and blues discs I can't afford to purchase on Spotify - free; explore all the pop music genres I've missed through the years
Dan Le Batard and Stugotz on ESPN News
On Goodreads, adjust my ratio of Books Read to Currently Reading
Maybe get past season 3(?) of Game of Thrones; haven't worked up the nerve to watch the Red Wedding episode and move on
Ignore sports forum chatter; figure out why I'm locked out of Facebook
Read various long reads I bookmarked (least likely thing to do)
Exercise (less likely than the above)

Men's basketball. The board is jumping and the fan-base re-energized.

And in doing so, comment on the ongoing Kevin Ollie firing/payment settlement/court case?

Dust off the camera. Do a little writing. Post more often. Walk, walk, walk with the pups.

Catch up on all my recorded TV shows before I change to Dish. Cable is toooooooooo expensive.

Go play Pai Gow and slots at my local Casino.

Stay indoors during the late Spring, Summer, and early Fall. Gets hot in Vegas:cool:

Watch UConn WBB replays more than once.

Continue my healthy eating program, lost 25 pounds with the VA Move program since the first of the year.:D

Enjoy being with my lovely wife of 42 years.

Stay with the BY through thick and thin since I'm twice retired.Head bang

Sure, what would you like to know?

Is that like Netflix and Chill?
If the Connecticut winter continues into April, it's going to be Netflix and Chili.
And, on a related topic, what exactly does "Chill" mean? I don't know anyone young enough to explain the connotation. I understand it means more than relax.

Too young for even early retirement, so weekends camping and boating. With a little luck, we will be raising a puppy this summer.
