Borges said it would be at Cincy which is rough but it would be a really nice road win with great exposure.

College Game Day is typically a Saturday thing, isn't it? Pretty sure the '09 Louisville game was a big Monday bout.
Notre Dame 09?

Have they ever won on the road for a college game day game?
We've never even won a home game for college gameday. In fact, UConn has a Better record on the road (2-2) than we have at home (0-3).

Based on wikipedia, here's our history on Gameday:

Home Games
Jan. 22, 2005 - Pittsburgh at UConn - L, 76-66
Feb. 25, 2012 - Syracuse at UConn - L, 71-69
Jan. 18, 2014 - Louisville at UConn - L, 76-64

Away Games
Jan. 21, 2006 - UConn at Louisville - W, 71-58
Jan. 6, 2007 - UConn at LSU - L, 66-49
Jan. 24, 2009 - UConn at Notre Dame - W, 69-61
Feb 14, 2015 - UConn at SMU - L, 73-55

The Pitt game was in the running for worst regular-season loss in the Calhoun era. The Syracuse game we were down about 20 before we made a big comeback. And the Louisville game was no fun either. Let's not do those anymore.

I was at the Louisville game in 2006. So awesome.

That 05 Pitt lose was terrible. I remember there was a big snow storm and they gave away free tickets to all students. At one point during a timeout Calhoun kicked the scorers table as hard as he could.

Didn't we start that game like 18-4 at the first media timeout, and then it just went to crap.

I remember that Pitt game - it was snowing I think and Chevon Troutman of all people dominated us. Still don't get it to this day...

Sounds about right, and we were up double digits at half time. That second half was so damn ugly, it was like a layup drill for Troutman. I'm pretty sure Krauser was on that team also.

Troutman ruined what would have been the best home game atmosphere ever in Gampel that night.
