This is a very well-coached team. Very disciplined on def, great sets on off.

He's doing it again.
I looked at their roster earlier and he has ten seniors and juniors. Love that he has developed those kids over their time at Loyola. Wonder if he just stuck around to ride this out with them and move on to a place like DePaul or stay at Loyola

Underwood just got murked by Moser in that half. Definitely a first half turd by Underwood there. Probably was doing podcasts instead of getting his team ready.

Unless he really loves Chicago, it's gonna be $7m/year from Indiana.

A phone call from Mark Cuban would be hard to turn down

Looking up some Moser stats. He was 89-105 his first SIX years at Loyola and 33-73 in the conference. Then he got it going with this group of kids that are seniors. Will
Be interesting to see what he does after this

Boy I hope Marquette can scrounge together enough to get this guy into the conference. Looks like they paid Woj about 2 million a year. Moser is going to demand 3 mill or so I would think.

Watching Loyola run offense against the Illinois defense, I have to wonder what happened to any semblance of offensive sets last night.

Have you also been watching Illinois run offense against the Loyola defense Doc?

Just a clinic in defensive and offensive execution. Marquette and especially Indiana are going to back up the Brinks truck, I hope he stays at Loyola and tries to create the Gonzaga of the Midwest.

Kofi is excellent, that recruitment still haunts me.
He isn’t even on the betting board to be the next Indiana coach. Extremely unlikely IMO

Gotta imagine Depaul and Marquette give him a call at least.

He can have any job he wants if he wins this game.

He went to the final four with this team in 2018. Not sure this will change anything.

Kofi would have been riding the bench like Sanogo last night if he came here. Hurley is unwilling to adjust his preferred style for a player like that.

I so want to disagree with you but I really can't.

Did your daughter enjoy Loyola?

I wish it were otherwise. I expect Clingan’s people are noticing.

She liked Loyola. They had actual kids on campus, which helped. DePaul was a ghost town. I’d prefer Loyola among the two, better dorm situation.
