My apologies to all of her fans. I never acquired a "taste" for her voice or vocal stylings. I don't think I've ever listened to one of her songs all the way through. I became spoiled by what I believe to be some of the most beautiful voices in the last 70 years. Dinah Washington, Nancy Wilson, Spanky Wilson, Lena Horne, Brenda Lee, Patsy Cline, Karen Carpenter, Rosemary Clooney, Mariah Carey, Anita Baker, Chante Moore, Natalie Cole, Regina Bell, Whitney Houston, et.al. There are many others, too numerous to mention. Everyone has their favorites, these are mine.
