Tyler Phommachanh has consistently put on weight. If he can put on 10lbs this year that would help us tremendously as a stretch 3-4 guy.

What really sucked was his last game was 18/11. I mean did the light go off as far as rebounding and was it a preview of things to come? We will never know, unless of course next year....

Sal isn't doing his PT. That's with the PT team. Sal works with them to design the strength program to compliment that

But what is he doing to prevent an Achilles injury??
How many Achilles injuries have we had in the last 10 years? Why would you even dwell on something like that? Akok's injury was not the norm.
