Police activity in Norwalk?

On the way to work this morning we saw Stamford Police heading north on I95. THen more Stamford Police cars and Bomb Squad trucks Local news is saying they've stopped trains in East Norwalk, and South Norwalk. They are also looking for a Mass car heading south on I95. Very Scary.

Same thing from the opposite end.. On my way north on I-95 from Norwalk to Milford about 8:15-8:30 AM there must have been 10-15 state police cars high tailing it southbound... I later learned they were searching all Amtrak trains which they had halted.
