Poetry in Motion

IMO, the greatest poetry in motion shot, so far, for Paige is her game sealing 3 pointer, shot clock beating, with 10 seconds left in OT against the Gamecocks in 2021.
I hope I never forget that shot.

To me it isn't her shot that makes her great, it's how she shoots when the game is on the line. UCONN doesn't lose to OSU if she was on the floor even if it was just to shoot a couple open shots. Don't get me wrong she is good shooter all the time but the bigger the moment the more likely she is to come through for the team.

Thank you for this. It's such a joy to watch her. Azzi has beautiful form, too, and the common thread is how they shoot with a high release point (above their heads) and at the top of their jump.

The shot: "she just flings it."
