Hello all. I’ve mentioned this in the past but haven’t recently so, here goes-
When sharing information from other web sites, you can copy a short passage from the material and then provide a link to the site. Do NOT copy and paste the item in its entirety here. This is to 1. avoid any copyright infringement laws 2. provide proper attribution and 3.give context for the source of the material and give the reader access to the site. Besides, it’s just plain rude to steal someone else’s work.
On edit: I’ve been reminded that photographs are also copyrighted. If you “borrow” a photo, please include a link and attribution for the intellectual property.
