Please excuse my fading memory - but when/who was Abrlic?? Thanks! Heckuva job, BTW!

J Moore was from Alaska (AK) not Alabama (AL)..
Oops. Doh! (and I meant Alaska, messed up when I switched to postal codes )

Schuie is American. From Ohio I believe. She just played HS ball in Canada.
From what I can gather, she was born in Ohio, raised in Canada. I've seen her both called American and Canadian??? I read she wants to try out for the USA Beach Volleyball, so she American right now. Not so sure what she was considered when she was recruited though??

If not, we can add another to Ohio.

Tihana Abrlic. 6-3 Croatian PG/G. Transfered from Central Florida CC. Played her Jr/Sr years, 1997-1999. She didn't do too well.
I think this might be her on the left, she wore #4.

Schuie was never a Canadian citizen, always an American Citizen when living and going to school in Canada.

Missy Rose - Class 1997 is from Scranton, PA

LINK

That makes 6 for PA...you may have to change that big 4 to Big 5 ;)

Wow, that looks like a lot of work … thanks for putting it together. Very interesting and fun to read.

The important thing is that the Huskies will be in a state of readiness when the starting bell rings. And those good fans in Dallas and Houston, etc., who have not yet seen them will be in a state of amazement. And we, the fortunate few, will be in a state of euphoria. Let the games begin!

NH - Kerry Bascom : )

(yes, it's pre-'95, I know)

Wow, duh, you know what, I think I was looking for Misty Rose. I should have realized when all I was getting from Google was a horse trainer out of the Boston area. I think I need more sleep.

The confusion is understandable. Back in day, as a player from the bench, she had quite a following of male fans. Many of them pleaded with Geno to "Play Missy for me" . Ba da boom.

Probably exactly what I was thinking. Clint and I go way back. ;)

oy!!

While New York has the edge in terms of player success, California makes a strong point with KML and Taurasi.
My mom grew up very close to both Chino and Anaheim Hills. I still have family there.
