Seems like UConn has done a pretty good job of developing NFL players relative to the much higher recruited classes at Michigan St.

Sorry, your information is wrong. Rivals and Scout clearly show that UCONN does not recruit talent. Clearly the NFL does not no how to assess talent. Luckily we had P who filled us up with "prototypes" - so we should be fine for a while.

What list are you lookingat? This info was posted recently and UConn had 22 guys.

Orlovsky, Nick Williams, Kashif, Easley, Wreh Wilson, Gratz, Butler, Branch, McClain, Lansanah, Sio, L Wilson, D Thomas, Griffin, D Brown, Todman, Sherman, Trevardo, Beatty, Lutrus, Reyes and Mike Smith on the PS.

19 on active rosters. Kashif and L Wilson on practice squad and I don't think Smith is in the NFL right now.

The same argument could be made between Illinois and Michigan. The flip side is that it could also prove that the Illinois coaches did almost nothing with a lot of nfl quality players.

The flip side is going 5 & 7 back to back with NFL talent....and that kiddies is the tale of the tape 4 games in to 2013....thank Baby Jesus that WM made the move then....
