The team just flat out quit. Terrible first half, but after ECU scored to close out the half the team just stayed in the locker room mentally. Certainly have to question the play calling of the coaches, but the players on the field absolutely failed to execute even marginally.

I have been a long time fan for over 50 years. I have seen worst defeats attributed to superior talent by the opposition but this is the first time that it appeared that the entire team just checked out, both offensively and defensively. I am normally an optimist and look for positives to build on, but this game was totally lacking of anything of a positive nature.

Time to turn attention to Basketball.
