Both of these teams run the spread offense. Can someone tell me why we don't run this type of offense when Nebrich is in the lineup?

I would sacrifice a medium-sized, non-canine animal to the football gods if it could make McCombs, Shoe, JJL or Hyppolite have the kinds of runs that Lewis is showing. Not heismanesque by any means, but aggressively getting to the second level and taking on defenders. I'm not even dreaming about breaking a couple runs for TDs, I just want a few 10-15 yard gains for starters to get our yards up.

Skippy never paid much mind to the defensive side of the ball at UConn, certainly didn't give his defense much of a chance tonight either. Great offensive guy though. I can only hope the defense at USF stays off track for another month or so.
