Shea is on Pitt's list. I don't know if Shea is interested but Geno supposedly believes this isn't the best opportunity for Shea - not enough support for the women's team there.

I wish Agnus the best in the future. She is a class act who had a terrible run for a few years. Hope she lands in a good place, and soon.

That's the thing I don't get about these athletic departments. If they aren't willing to provide the necessary support to be a national championship contender, then what do you expect? Having a new coach is not going to change things at Pitt. From what I gathered, Berenato was a good coach and a good influence on her team.

But sometimes ADs delude themselves into thinking that its always better with a different coach.

Good luck to Berenato wherever she lands and I pray that Ralph is not going to leave UConn for Pitt.

It will never happen but.... I believe a good fit for both Agnus and the university/team would be Rutgers.

Schools like Pitt, Cinn, USC, UCLA, ASU, AU..........are all phonies about supporting WCBB.........Stay clear....
