One of the few times I have been in court for litigation (with local counsel), I literally talked the other side out of its case before we got to the judge and the plaintiff asked to dismiss his papers. Top that.

Nonsense! I saw BigErn litigate with the refs a couple years ago. He lost, but he presented a forceful case. Unfortunately, the judges were biased.
