If you're taking men only and only considering their NCAA career, there are really no PFs on the list, so to fit in the $15, I'd go o with
PG Kemba 5$ (no brainer)
SG Gordon 1$ (that's a steal)
SF Butler 2$ (another steal and why is he less expensive than Gay in either NCAA or NBA careers?)
PF Gay 3$ (can't find a better choice for the position)
C Okafor 4$ (again, no brainer)

Ball handling, defense, rim protecting, three point shooting, I'll take a team like this all day long.
