didn't realize 247 did their 2017 rankings already, I know its early but Waters is the #3 PG in the class.

Borges had an article a few months back where he said it wouldn't be a surpirse if Waters chooses a college early. That would obviously be very good news for Uconn.

His game seems to be a mix of Andre Barrett, Ty Jones & Bazz... Slight in height & build, not the most athletic, but they know how to play, lead, pass & knock down the clutch J. Tremont seems to be an excellent shooter. Can't leave him open from what I've seen. I don't think he'll grow much more, but you never know. He would be 19 heading into his Freshmen season at UConn in Fall 2017.
