Thing with Jeremy is that he's doesn't feel like a guy that can put it on the floor and break down his man yet. He's play a lot more like Rip did, has to play off of screens, has a couple bounces in him to shake his guy off the move to get the open look. But he's not a clear the floor, take his man kind of guy - more in the flow of the offense guy. Makes me wonder if within the flow of this team, if he should be as heavily looked at as the absolute go to guy or just a first option. The team played it's best basketball today with him having a poor game.

Very nice win when your star has an off game, against a pretty decent Big East opponent, on the road at a VERY tough place to play.

Well the adjustment was made and a tight game turned into an easy win. Now for the long term effects of an extended Boatright absence

Well, at least for the next couple of games, they have teams in front of them they should beat.

And let's HOPE the absence is not so extended

Time to start pulling for Tennessee to pull this one out over Kentucky - would pump up the RPI and add a little juice to what was otherwise felt like a drab OOC game.

Agree with you here. Way too often Lamb is put into the position we had Kemba handle...go one on one and break a defender down. He's just not that player yet.

Thought our wings (Giffey and Smith) played great in the 2nd half....no easy shots for ND.
