Luv this spreadsheet. For those who've not paid attention to it in the past, this gentleman has created an apples-to-apples comparison for us to view. Because not all of the players get the same playtime (number of minutes), this spreadsheet includes a correction factor that puts them all on par with each other, assuming that they all played the same (the entire 40-minutes of Every game of the season).
I guess it is not shocking that the big three would be leading in points per game (Azzi and both of the Sa(e)rahs). If any shock, Williams and Azzi are 34.1 points per game while Strong is only 26 points per game - what a hack! And I would have expected that of them all, Ziebell would be leading in free throw percentage, whereas she is only 33% ... one for three, but it is early.
It does not just compare the positive stats, it also looks at things like turnovers. And I guess it is not shocking that the freshman would lead in that category as well; Gandy, Blanca and the Gup. But it is early in the season, heck we really have not even begun the season! In fact, I think it is probably a little too early to put significant credence to many of the stat's, but it is very interesting to look at.
Thank you JRRRJ.
