I once got a personal tour of Panthers Stadium in Charlotte including locker rooms, press box etc. It was pretty cool, but not something I'd pay money to do.

Luxury! What we would have given for a trough. When we went to Yale games all we had was a sheet of plywood and some stones. And we were happy to have that!
