Park City (UT) recommendations?

We're doing a company gathering (we're only taking a half dozen people) in Park City, 2nd week of May. We've got lodging sorted out - Hyatt Centric. But nothing planned beyond that. I've never been there, so looking for recommendations on things to do, where to eat and drink etc.

Anyone got any suggestions?

if you’re interested in being active, i did a guided mountain bike ride while out there and it was great.

I second No Name Saloon.

There’s also an Irish bar there where there is an old Irish local who hasn’t gotten up off his bar stool since 1949.

Bridgeport still has great places to eat, grew up in Fairfield, but I think he means Park City, Utah.

Reiterating High West. The Olympic Park (bobsled, ski jump, etc) is cool to check out for something quick just a bit outside of town. If they aren't skiing at that point, take a gondola or tram to the top of either PC or Deer Valley for lunch...and spectacular views.
