Paige, my all-time favorite...

I will keep this simple, no stats, no quotes and no 2500 word write up. I consider Paige to be the most complete player in my 30 years as a UCONN fan. From the skinny kid who thrilled us as a freshman to the most mature and complete player in WCBB I have been in awe of her every step of her career. I have no idea if Paige leads in any statistical category, but I feel she is at or near the top in all of the important areas. What is important to me is the ways she makes me feel, the way she interacts with her teammates and coaches. Look at the Paige effect, media, fans, teammates, other teams and especially the young girls who flock to her and love her. Paige is the complete package, a true Husky and the most complete player I have ever seen in WCBB.
I had to put this up now, don't know what our fate holds this coming weekend and just wanted to share my thoughts on Paige. Whatever happens this coming weekend I am proud to say Paige now sits with D.T as my new goat. I will wait to mourn her leaving UConn until after this weekend. Number 12 is in sight; I hope Paige and Co. bring home the hardware.

I definitely agree. Haven't seen a woman with so many fantastic rounded-out talents, and apparently no weaknesses (except sometimes low aggression, which seems to have completely disappeared).

Probably most important is her mind. She almost never fails to be in the right place, doing the right thing to help the Huskies win.

Four favorites of all-time, regardless of titles won…Paige, DT, Maya, and Stewie. No question.

No way she sits with DT having never won a Naty while DT has 3 the last 2 did it on her own with no AA's to help her..The mental toughness Dee displayed is unmatched ..she wouldn't be denied
Do you think Dt would have been passive in the final four against Iowa last year like Paige was ?
