I imagine the shoes don’t come in children’s sizesThis is going to be tough on all those thousands of fathers who’ve already purchased their little girls a $109.99 Paige Bueckers #5 jersey. Now their little girls are going to want a pair of Paige Bueckers GT Hustle 3 basketball shoes to complete the ensemble for another $200 or so…..
She will, certainly not worried about that. Stay tuned.Good for her....however. I'd much rather see her make some history ON the court.

Many of the legion of Paige Bueckers fans at UConn games are teenage girls. I suspect that’s exactly the market that Nike is targeting with Paige’s shoe line.
I wonder what Paiges’ pre/early teen , fangirls club legion is like now. Clark’s got insane last year . The difference for home games may have been that Iowa had lots of tickets before the club exploded in late 2023 season. UConn’s tickets have been sold for a long, long time so not much left for the kids’ parents to grab. On the road may be interesting
Oh well . Columbia will sell out for Paige et Al but I don’t think there will be many Paige fangirls there. Maybe some.
The interest in Wbb from a. Generation is great. Hope it lasts and is not just a brief fad.
Yes, Iowa State's attendance has always been great. Iowa? Usually ranked a step or two behind. I think the Hawkeyes won't collapse this year but they won't sell out season tickets again,. Hope Paige and UConn get an excitement boost from the early season excitement around Juju/U$C.I don't follow social media and have no idea how many followers anyone has. I think you are wrong about tickets though. UConn doesn't sell out many games. Gampel has a lot of bleacher seats and the XL always has tickets. Iowa has been one of the top attendance programs in the country before Clark showed up. In fact Iowa and Iowa St both fill their arenas. What they lacked was the media coverage that Clark drew.
UConn is always among the leaders in road attendance, which is impressive considering that a lot of their BE road games are played in gyms and small (<4000) arenas.
How far she's come. Kinda reminded me of this classic interview. Can't believe it was 4 years

Go Paige (except once or twice this year.) Go TV ratings for wbb,
Meh. . . . maybe a preview of a Final Four matchup. . .Since the game will be during semester break I'm hopeful it's played at the XL where I have a seat.
Are you ready to hear how the game is a "preview of the title game"? Because I'd be shocked if that phrase wasn't repeated several times prior to the tip off.
Huh? The Huskies had 14 home games last year; 8 were sell-outs. Both NCAA tourney games at Gampel sold out, too.I don't follow social media and have no idea how many followers anyone has. Nice road attendance too - but what the heck against UCLA?Huh? The Huskies had 14 home games last year; 8 were sell-outs. Both NCAA tourney games at Gampel sold out, too.
Maximum attendance at Gampel 10,299; at the XL Center 15,684. Yellow highlighted games are sell-outs, blue highlighted games are non-sell-out home games. The March 9-11 games were the Big East games at Mohegan Sun

It was probably 30,000 but they divided by 100 so’s not to get in trouble with the fire marshal.Nice road attendance too - but what the heck against UCLA?
Not a lot of fans travel to the Cayman Islands for games in a HS size gym.Nice road attendance too - but what the heck against UCLA?
It was a mini-tournament the Cayman Islands. Those tourneys are usually played in a high school gym or similarNice road attendance too - but what the heck against UCLA?
Trust me, I know from experience, that's what dads are for. This is going to be tough on all those thousands of fathers who’ve already purchased their little girls a $109.99 Paige Bueckers #5 jersey. You're kidding, right? They sold out many games last year, and as a season ticket holder, I can tell you that the games that aren't sold out are VERY close. Gampel is always LOADED.I don't follow social media and have no idea how many followers anyone has. I think you are wrong about tickets though. UConn doesn't sell out many games.
