Love the cause! Love the thought by PB!
That said, mechanics of this has no place in competitive sports. Could literally affect the outcome. Nothing, nothing should be allowed to interfere with the natural workings of the UConn WCBB team.
Reminds me of professional contracts that have statistical incentives. Ex, baseball player in a crucial end of season game needs one home run to get an incentive #, but all the team needs is a ground out to the right side of the infield or a sacrifice fly.
