Anna Wilson getting Co-DPOY is SO well deserved. I'm surprised by Lacie getting 6th Man of the Year, but I'm not really aware of any other fantastic contenders at the moment given the year it's been. Leger-Walker getting Freshman of the Year is well deserved for the Cougs.

Anna Wilson should be up for National DPOY as well. She's had a phenomenal season.

Not sure who the other contenders would be, but Lacie had a pretty minor impact for winning this award. I think if she would have appeared in a few more games, von Oelhoffen would've been a much better choice, probably would've moved up to 1st team All Freshman also.

But back to Lacie and Stanford, is she even their most valuable reserve? I seriously doubt that even. I think I'd take Jump ahead of Lacie. Might put Prechtel ahead of her as well. Lacie is a high energy player who gets after it on defense, but 2.6 pts/game is really hard to justify her winning this award. REALLY hard.

Wonder if TvO would have factored into 6th woman of the year award had she had more games?

I think the challenge for Jump was that she didn't start getting the time in conference play until later in the season. Someone like Emily Bessoir (8.1ppg, 4.8 rpg) could make an argument, but beyond that it's slim pickings due to how many players started in games for other teams -- whether that's due to COVID or just changing playing time this season, I'm not entirely sure. There just really wasn't a clear winner this year -- despite someone like Hannah Jump coming on strong recently.

TVO would definitely had factored if she had a chance to play more games, but really

All that said, I doubt any player from any conference has ever won an award like this averaging less than 3 ppg. Not really a good look for the conference.
