Pac-12 action tonight (Fri. 1/4)

Is Kat Tudor injured? That would be a big loss for the Beavs.

33-31 USC approaching halftime. They are right there with ASU, playing them is like getting teeth pulled.

Williams often looks like she's out of control to me. I'm not sold on her as a PG.

Beaver State ends the game on a 15-4 run to avoid a disastrous loss.

I will say, I'm liking some of the things I'm seeing from Kamie Ethridge as new coach of WSU. They got off to a rough start this season but are showing clear improvement.

I knew the PAC-12 was going to be a fun league to keep an eye on this season.

Yes knee injury. She came back out for the 4th. They missed her. She was 2-2 from 3pt when she got injured. A 2-2 Kat Tudor is not something the opponents want to see. When she is hot, misses are rare.

I finally saw a highlight clip w/ that game winner for ASU. That was an absolute prayer shot. Sometimes you get lucky.

Too dang many injuries across the country. Is this year even worse than normal? Hopefully it's not serious and she can return this season.

Gee...none of these Pac 12 games are broadcast in my area. Your thread makes it sound like a fun night in the conference.

I had forgotten about the Recee Caldwell subplot. Facing off against her former team, UCLA.

Anigwe finally gets a touch halfway through the overtime period. She hits 2 FTs to cut the deficit to 3.

39-38 Stanford a few minutes into Q3. Refs are letting 'em play, lots of contact on the floor with no whistles.

Fingall just limped off the floor, looked like a hyperextended knee to me. Apparently Maya Dodson is out injured right now. Still no Lexie Hull or Sniezak. Walking wounded.

Not to highjack this thread but how is Grace Hunter? Caught the Duke game and she looked like she may have had a serious injury.

A few times Stanford looked ready to seize control, but couldn't maintain momentum. Tied up at 42 at the media break in Q3.

A controversial no-call goes UCLA's way and gives them the edge late in OT.

Then Anigwe fouls Onyenwere and she sinks both FTs for a 4-point lead, with 24 secs to play.

Coming late to the party but wow, what a great set of games tonight. USC and Stanford are in a battle too. PAC 12 is going to be a battle this year.

Run by Stanford to end Q3, up 7. That feels like a big lead in this game.

They just said "did not make the trip with the team." Sounds like a discipline or personal matter.

Fingall is back on the floor for Stanford, that's good to see.

This game is a brawl. Refs have consistently swallowed the whistle all night. That plays to USC's advantage, they like to play rough.

Wow, Alanna Smith is in all time top 5 for shot blocking at Stanford. I never thought of her as a shot blocker.

Dang, now Fingall is down again. Maybe they shouldn't have brought her back in.
