Regardless of how the rest of the short season turns out, Ollie has proven he can coach with the wins over " Hall of Fame" coaches Izzo and Boeheim with a team that no one expected to possibly contendfor the Big East regular season title. The most important thing is that for recruiting he has proven he can coach and with his 14 year NBA career (not the most talented, but enough savvy to stay there) has to be a big attraction to recruits and their family. I am a lot more optimistic that we are not the "One Trick Pony" after Calhoun than I was 4-5 months ago. Now if the conference problem could be resolved, I'd feel even better.
