OT: Outline gone?

I can't fine the Outline website to read paywalled articles. Anyone know what happened to it, or if there is an alternative?

I'm guessing its an "HTTP 451 Unavailable for Legal reasons" situation, but I haven't seen anything definitive online yet. I've gone to archive.is as some sites already worked around Outline.

I searched and couldn't find an answer. The one site that explained what happened was behind a paywall so I tried to, never mind.

I find that on a pc if you hit the X by the address bar before the page fully loads (let some of it load) you can access most sites
