Appreciate it. I honestly never make my way up that way.... We were talking about doing it this summer so I figure well go up for a bit and then grab a bite to eat and head back to nags head.. Appreciate all the recs.

Traffic going in to Duck from the North and South is bad but once you’re in, getting out to head back down South shouldn’t be bad. You don’t have to stay in all day. Not sure if you are bringing kids but the shopping and novelty stores are nice and all in a pretty compact area

That’s all Duck really has. If you want to spend a day, Corolla is great. See the horses, check out the lighthouse and the historic town area, hang at the beer garden, dinner in Duck (Aqua is a good spot, as is Blue Point)… that’s a perfect day up north in my opinion

What about south though, since I’m going to stay in Buxton? Besides UConNick, has anyone else spent time down there or at least south of Nags head?
