It's extremely cold and very windy out here. Brady and Manning would have trouble throwing.

This move was done for 2 reasons. Diaco needs the best QB for the lateral pass to TE then bomb down the field and Diaco plans on running fake FGs all the time and need Davis to hold the snap.

I could be totally wrong on this, but at the time of the move I think Diaco said that a move back to QB isn't out of the question. I'm sure it's a long shot anyway, but you never know. It feels like we have about 20 tight ends on this team, depth there can't be a major issue.
