Seems like Marquette plays every Friday night (up 40-32 at halftime against St. John's) and a bunch of Pac 12 games. Of particular interest to me is #10 Stanford @ UCLA. Stanford has lost 3 of their last 5. UCLA is quietly on a 6 game winning streak and has climbed up to 4th in the conference. Also Utah @ Arizona, both teams desperately in need of a win. Stinker of the night could be round 2 of the Apple Cup, UW @ WSU. Combined 4-21 in conference games.

St. John's is giving Marquette all they can handle. It was tied at the end of 3Q, currently Marquette's up by 1 just under 8 minutes to play.

This game is on foxsports2go for those who can get it:

Live

18-11 Arizona St. leading after Q1.

Utah up 20-19 mid Q2. Doing it w/out much scoring for Huff so far. McDonald carrying Arizona, she has 12.

.-.
Holy cow. St. John's just hit a layup for a 75-68 lead with 2:13 to play. Marquette calls timeout. Close to desperation time for them.

Upset alert, St. John's up 75-68 w/ about 2 minutes left.

I believe that's game. St. John's gets a wide open layup to go up by 9 with 0:47 left.

Before this game, SJ was completely out of the bubble picture. This will thrust them right into it.

Edit: Well, I just saw that they came into this game 12-12. They still have A LOT of work to do before they can slip into the bubble.

ASU looked on the verge of blowing the game wide open, but Colorado has cut it to 28-22 approaching halftime. I don't think the Buffs are nearly as bad as their record indicates.

Halftime scores

Arizona St. 32
Colorado 22

Arizona 27
Utah 22

Utes only scored 5 points in Q2. Huff is 0-7 from the floor and only has 2 points. McDonald has 15.

Last night it was Mississippi State, tonight Marquette.
The undefeated-in-conference teams are dropping like flies.
Will tonight be Oregon's night too? They and Baylor are the last remaining among the Power 5 plus Big East.

Will tonight be Oregon's night too?

Just watching the tail end of a replay of last year's OT win by the Beavs in Corvallis, maybe some good vibes?

Arizona up 44-40 (McDonald has 23) and ASU leading 41-29.

I think Oregon broke Stanford. Trailing UCLA 13-8 after Q1. Their offense is completely M.I.A.

Arizona St. 51
Colorado 36

Arizona 52
Utah 47

Stanford 16
UCLA 13 (8-0 run Stanford to start Q2)

Arizona up 66-55 w/ about 20 seconds left, gonna get a big win. This will be 5 straight losses for Utah. They totally faded last year too but I thought that was because Huff got injured. Don't have that excuse this year.

.-.
ASU up 62-44 late.

Holy cow, Stanford must've heard me talking bad about them and they got pissed off. 27-6 advantage for them in Q2. Sorry about that UCLA.

edited--Smith has 13 and Carrington has 11. Onyenwere w/ 12 for UCLA but nobody else scoring for the Bruins.

They are in serious danger of missing the NCAA tournament, despite the big win over Stanford. RPI has now fallen to #55. IMO they will either need to beat ASU on Sunday or sweep the LA schools on the road (in addition to sweeping the Washington schools at home next weekend).

OK, this game is weird. Now 13-2 UCLA midway thru Q3. I guess that means they'll bounce back in Q4?

edit--17-2 more than 5 minutes into the quarter; will the real Stanford please stand up?

Who the hell is Ula Motuga? I've never even heard her name before, but she has 10 points in Q1 for Washington St. Where did she come from?

UCLA outscored Stanford 21-9 in Q3. What a strange game.

Ha, well I called that. Stanford 21-11 in Q4 and wins 65-51. What a strange, strange game. 22 points and 13 boards for Smith, 15 for Williams and 13 for Carrington. 21 for Onyenwere.

Tonight Aari McDonald became just the 2nd player in Arizona wbb history to score 600 in a season.

Wow, and with plents of games left to play. She could get to 800 this year.

Was Barnes the first?

I didn't hear them say but I would definitely guess that.

Okay, WSU vs. UW they just had the EXACT same play as the UConn game where KLS got a layup and Dangerfield drew a blocking foul, but they waived the bucket off in this one. EXACTLY the same. Maybe they have different rules in the Pac 12?

Is this game on Pac-12 Washington or just WSU live stream?
