Yep BC is good this year. No doubt about it at this point. The question is whether they can keep it up or not once gheir first round picks graduate. UConn had a down year after Springer, Ahmed & co left.ND and Pitt are tearing it up in the ACC. Add in BC and the traditional cellar dwellers are at the top of their divisions. Lots of talent up North and being in the ACC gives players a chance to compete in the best conference without heading south.

Gambino seems like a good coach. I wonder if he and Penders get along? This is absolutely a peak season for BC. The question is how long will it take them to rebuild. The last time they made the NCAA’s was 2016. They do have a new stadium and indoor facility. Charlie Coon is going to be a very good pitcher for them the next two years. With only 12 scholarships and a $73,000 tuition it’s not a reload situation.
I think they must get along with the games they always schedule against each other. Penders has done an excellent job. Gambino finally has a stadium and indoor training facility. It was impossible for him to compete in the ACC before, making what he did in 2016 coming within one win of the CWS was amazing.Gambino seems like a good coach. I wonder if he and Penders get along?
Still, and will always be, a huge Penders fan!
