Other CFB games this weekend (9/1) thread

Lashlee has than 40 yards of offense at SMU for the first half. North Texas up 20 - 0.

I love it. They’re getting their teeth kicked in. N Texas has a very good offense, but no excuse for that lack of production. See ya, Rhett!

The Michigan/ND game features multiple CT kids.

-Tarik Black was projected to be a starter this year at WR, but is not playing because of an ankle injury five days ago in practice.

He broke his other foot this year / could be out for quite a while.

This game was also suppose to have CJ Holmes in it (well, ya know what I mean).

Anyone else not surprised by the SMU score? Lashlee offenses seem to put up a lot of yards.....Points... not so much

Tulsa struggling with FCS Central Arkansas. 24-20 Tulsa late 3rd.

Yeah, when I started the post I thought I would have ND kids to list - but then I remembered CJ is now at Penn St. Very tough break for Tarik.

Sonny Dykes and Rhett have serious ‘es-plain-in’ to do getting served a shut out here. The two of them are supposed to be offensive geniuses.

Only 29 yards of offense for SMU with 10 mins to go in the 3rd.

And they are killing the conference SOS. Same with Tulsa!

This is pretty good. Have to click on the picture. Troll Tide

Out in a pretty popular place in Fairfield right on the Black Rock line for those familiar. Name was Vinny's until couple weeks ago and now Brickyard. Fairfield as in Connecticut. With ND v. MI and AL v. 'Ville on the many screens.....more Tide fans by far. Amazing. This area is still pretty Irish Catholic too. Obvservation.
Black Rock, as in neighborhood named after town of same name 6 miles from Dublin, and past home to literally ship loads of Irish immigrants. Fairfield, ex-heavily blue collar town full of ship loads of Irish who early on moved up a notch in the world and their ancestors and others who continue to economically move up in the world. It's no shocker ship loads of Notre Dame-empathizing Americans of Irish background still live in the area.

Cincy takes the lead on a safety 19-17. Fumbled snap recovered in the endzone.

Burying the lede folks: quite enjoyable viewing on ABC watching Lou get a beatdown.

SMU with only one first down, how is that possible???

If Saban plays Hurts in any meaningful minutes going forward he’s lost his mind.

ECU game postponed - moved to tomorrow at 3:30.

Tulsa up 38-27 on C. Arkansas, midway 4th

Memphis up 66-14, 2m left

Gutsy calls by Cincy to pass on the FG (twice) and go for it on 4th & short. Paid off.

Very strange ending to this Cincy - UCLA game. Too many oddities for me to summarize. Chip Kelly’s squad doesn’t look good. Cincy looks big and physical, but ultimately not very productive.

Good win for Cincy. Makes up a bit for SMU and Temple.

OU is going to blow UCLA’s doors off next weekend.

15 - 46 North Texas .... Our D should be able to stop them no?

Cincy's gonna do it. Congrats Kobe.
thanks boys. so happy rn.

we're the 3rd youngest team in the country and most of the winning plays were by freshman and sophomores. our starting RB didn't even travel (who is also a soph)
