OT-What's the matter with Connecitcut

Wasn't sure if anyone read this yet from NY Mag, it was on digg yesterday. It's nothing new, just a rehashing of the problems that have plagued the state for a while brought to light a little bit more by the recent letters in the Hartford Courant about citizens saying they are planning to leave the state.
