Not sure if you were looking for an actual receiver unit, but if your looking for function and minimal cost, you can't go wrong either one:

I was looking at those two. I'd prefer the wired in type solution so that it works when I'm listening to the radio. Of those two I like to flexsmart solution because it would be one less wire hanging in sight. There are also some solar powered ones that work on the radio frequency connection, but I'm not sure how well they would work here in the northeast and if the sound quality is all that good particually on the phone calls.

I don't exactly know what you're looking for, but I have the FlexSmart in the one of our cars that doesn't have a built-in Bluetoothy thing in the stereo - it really works very well.

That's the one I was leaning towards. How's the voice quality? Does anyone have problems hearing what you're saying?

I have the flexsmart (called by another name) and I love it. It plays MP3s, bluetooth conversations are solid, and it recharges my phone. Any and all audio recordings saved on your phone can be played I have android tunein radio and receive nice sounding music via bluetooth. Pandora and others work very well also. Best purchase I have made, good also that I can answer and hang up the phone with the device.

I ordered two flexsmart, one for each car. Plenty of good reviews on Amazon and here. For $45, I'll give it a try and report the results. Should beat all those wires having to use the cassette deck adapter in one car and the audio jack in the other.
