I've always been a proponent of the campus and the area right around it becoming its own "town", similar to how Mississippi State is techincally located in "Mississippi State University, MS." That campus is in a similar rural setting and it allows the university to have greater control over both the construction on campus and the development of the surrounding area. [/QUOTE]
