Pulp Fiction is an easy winner for many and I love it. But there is a gritty reality/funny/humanity about:

To those having a hard time understanding the genre, another example, but anyone nominating The Godfather will be shot! Repeatedly... at a toll booth.

Might want to tag that one as "not work safe." Good flick, one of the few times Denzel Washington was not a good guy.

I'm partial to the British gangsters. Guy Ritchie of course, but his producer Matthew Vaughan stepped behind the camera to direct this one. A scene in this flick pretty much made Daniel Craig into the next James Bond.

Ah, the fearsome Axe Gang. This has to be one of the most creative, as well as funniest movies I've ever seen.

Another Denzel bad guy movie. Based on true story of Frank Lucas. With Russell Crowe.
Good movie.

Tom Hardy is in 3 of the movies listed here, plus in "The Drop" he had a bit of mob ties. Hmm....

Sorry have no clue how to import trailers but the one to check out is on Netflix, 'Peaky Blinders'.
